It is also the first facility in the industry to be equipped with BEMS, a system that visualizes and optimizes power consumption. ※CASBEE (Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency) is a method for evaluating and rating the environmental performance of buildings. This assessment system was developed by industry, government and academia under the initiative of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
