Human Rights Policy

The Yokorei Group believes that human rights should be prioritized above all else in the supply chain involved in the Group's business.
The Yokorei Group aims to realize a more just, sustainable and non-discriminatory society and promotes behavior that respects human rights.
Under the oversight responsibility of the Director and General Manager of the Management Headquarters, the Yokorei Group conducts its business activities based on the following basic philosophy.

Guiding Principles

1. Respect for human rights

   The Yokorei Group acts with respect for human rights in accordance with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and supports and respects the following international standards on human rights.
   - The International Bill of Human Rights, an international norm
   - ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, adopted by the International Labour Organization

2. Respect for the basic rights of employees

   The Yokorei Group respects the basic rights of employees, including the freedom to bargain collectively and unionize.

3. Applicability

   This policy applies to all directors and employees in the Yokorei Group. We will also endeavor to familiarize suppliers with and seek their support for this policy.

4. Education

   To ensure that this policy is carried out effectively, the Yokorei Group provides regular training and education to directors and employees.

5. System for policy implementation

   The Yokorei Group maintains a system for defining the individuals in charge of policy implementation and for conducting business based on respect for human rights.

6. Information disclosure

   Through the Yokorei Group's website and other channels, the Yokorei Group strives to frequently disclose information about its efforts concerning human rights based on this policy.
